ABOUT ME

Being a Stampin’ Up! demonstrator is so rewarding. Not only do I get to be creative every day, I also get to be a creative coach, offering fresh project ideas and encouragement to my customers and friends. For me, helping someone put together that perfect project for a special occasion is the best feeling in the entire world. After all, creating cards, scrapbook pages, and gift items is about more than just stamps and ink—it’s about sharing a part of yourself with the people you love.

Hello, I'm Tricia, I'm a mum to two twentysomething daughters and wife to craft widower Adrian. I work two days a week in a local theological college, one day in the reception office and one day in the library. I first trained to be a teacher but when I left college the jobs weren’t easy to find so I ended up working for the Post Office / Royal Mail. After 15 years there I left after having my two daughters and took two years off to be a mum, then I worked part-time in admin for the University for another 14 years. I’ve been working for St Padarns now for just over 8 years.

I‘ve had lots of hobbies over the years though crafting and singing have been the main pastimes that have been constant throughout all these years. My claim to fame was that I was once a member of the BBC Welsh Chorus and I was part of the choir that travelled to Israel to record two to tv programmes and an album which also featured a young Aled Jones, not long after he became famous for singing “Walking through the Air”.

I’ve always enjoyed crafting, starting when I was young and making things with my Nan, and I’ve tried lots of different crafts over the years. Most recently I’ve been card making, with some 3D crafting and some scrapbooking. about 7 years ago I came across Stampin’ Up! Since then I’ve not looked back, I really enjoy using their products and love the way they coordinate so well, the stamps, dies, papers, card and inks, it just makes creating things so much more fun knowing that you can always find things that match.

Recently I’ve been on holiday to somewhere I’ve always wanted to visit - New England – the colours were absolutely amazing even better than I imagined and every bend you drove around was another scene to take your breath away. Now I have so many photos and I really want to make myself a scrapbook of my holiday so that I have something to treasure and look back on in the future and to share with my family and friends, I just hope I can do it justice.

If you need any help with any crafting questions please feel free to contact me - I'm available via email, I have a page on Facebook and Instagram and I also have a channel on YouTube where I've got some card and craft making videos which I'll hopefully be adding to again soon.
I also have a blog page though I haven't posted recently, another thing on my to do list!
